Overview
Your balance is the total of three buckets. Subscription credits arrive with each paid-plan renewal. Pack credits come from one-time credit packs. Free credits are the starter grant, free-tier refreshes, and reward or promotional credits.
Subscription credits roll over up to twice your plan’s monthly allowance: 1,200 on The Creator, 5,000 on The Visionary, and 17,000 on The Studio. If you cancel, remaining subscription credits stay usable for 12 months after your paid period ends. Pack credits never expire and never count toward the rollover cap.

- Automatic refunds
- If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, its credits return to the buckets they came from.

- Subscription credits stay usable for 12 months after the paid period ends, then lapse. Pack credits are unaffected.

- 2Top up with a pack. Open /credits and buy a one-time pack. Pack credits never expire.
- 3Or subscribe. Choose a plan on /pricing for a monthly allowance that rolls over.
- 4Earn bonus credits. Visit /rewards for daily rewards and referral credits.
