Questions, answered
- What is a credit?
- The unit behind every render. A video take runs roughly 10 to 50 credits depending on the model; stills on FXI's studio compute are free on every tier. On Visionary, 2,500 credits works out to about 1.8 cents per credit.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Yes. Each month's grant adds to your balance. Nothing resets while you're subscribed.
- What if I run out mid-project?
- Top up with a credit pack, or move up a tier and Stripe prorates the difference. No throttling either way.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and the credits already on your account stay yours. Your library stays yours too.
- Who owns what I make?
- You do. Every paid tier carries a full commercial license. The free tier is for personal work.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Anytime, in either direction, from Settings. Stripe handles the switch and prorates the difference; you approve it before anything changes.
