How do you turn a script into a video with AI?

The short answer

Step one is a scene breakdown, not a prompt
A video model renders a few seconds from a prompt. A script is pages of action and dialogue. The bridge is a breakdown: each beat becomes a scene with a one-line description, a visual prompt, a length and an aspect ratio.
In FXI Studio the Treatment Input node in the node pipeline workspace does that breakdown. Paste a script, a treatment or a story, choose a target scene count, style, audience and aspect ratio, and it returns the scene list plus a short summary and the total running time.
Keeping characters consistent from page to screen
The breakdown also lists every character who appears in two or more scenes, with a physical description ready to register as a reusable character. Registering them once is what keeps the same face and wardrobe from scene to scene instead of a new stranger in every shot.
Lines of dialogue in the script are carried into the scenes that speak them, so voice and lip timing can be planned per scene.
From scene list to finished video
Once the scenes are right, each one is boarded as a still key frame, then rendered as a video clip from that frame. Clips can be frame-chained, where the last frame of one clip becomes the first frame of the next, so a sequence plays as one continuous move instead of jumping at every cut.
The clips are then trimmed and stitched in order in the editor, with music and voice, and exported as one video.
