Storyboard first, then motion
A storyboard is a plan for coverage: which shots, in which order, framed how. Building it as still key frames is cheap and fast, and it forces the scene decisions before any motion is generated.
Once the key frames are locked, video generation follows the plan instead of improvising it.
Turning the board into a sequence
Each key frame becomes the first frame of its shot. Frame chaining then carries motion from one board panel to the next, so the finished sequence matches the order you drew.
Because planning, generation, and editing live in the same workspace, the board is not a separate document you have to reconcile against the footage. It is the footage in outline.
